Today was a great day. My 2 seniors and I went to Mitutoyo center in Osaka. We saw a lot of high precise measure equipment which are made from very interesting and weird materials with very high value and duration. The man in the center was very delicate and patient to show us many things and explain how they are made and how to use them. I discovered that some objects that have extremely smooth surface and are made from some particular materials can attach to each other with only a light push. No one can explain why even the scientists, but Mitutoyo has applied that to create a very expensive and high quality measurement tool. Mitutoyo also can produce one kind of measurement tool that has the highest precision in the world as well. I also learned that a certain room temperature has to be fixed to ensure the functioning of some measurement equipment. Otherwise, the precision is not guaranteed anymore. After visiting Mitutoyo center, we visited an exhibition nearby. We have collected a lot of gifts and saw many interesting things there.
The whether was really nice and I had a good time seeing around Osaka. Nothing else I could ask for.
