先日の8/31（金）にて、当社に於いては第2回目と
なります。ｲﾝﾀｰﾝｼｯﾌﾟ制度導入にて8/20～約2WEEK
当本社を中心に頑張ってくれました。
今年は滋賀にも一日来てもらう事となり、結構ともうしますか！
何と表現すればいいのか良い言葉がみつかりませんが、
新鮮さと若さとパワーとそして、何より真剣さがマジマジと
伝わってきました。
学生であれ真剣に学びに来たもの同士だからでしょう！
4名が打ち解けるのも本当に早いんですよ。
真剣さは、やはり周りの人間に良い影響を及ぼす事は
本当です。それもたったの１０日間で・・・！！
私達社会人も逆に良い勉強させて頂きました。
最後にインターンシップの皆さん、環境に応じた
動きが出来る様、いつもでも順応性でいてください。
