Tomorrow is my last day in Sankyo Seiki and also the day I present my final report.
Guess that I can’t write my blog tomorrow because of the presentation and the party afterward. So this might be my last word.
I hope I have helped the company much in penetrating Vietnam market. I did learned a lot from the company and people here. I know much much more about the industrial market which I would have never had a chance in any other company. I learned a lot from the Japanese culture, wearing Yukata, joining Bon festival and having a really great time with Japanese children. I ate a lot of Japanese foods, which is the reason why I gained some weight since I moved to here. I had a really great time with everyone in the office.
I can’t describe more because I’m not good at such thing. All the best pictures I keep may tell you the stories much better.
My first day in Japan
Okumura-san, Kawamoto-san and two other girls brought me to a restaurant to try Japanese food on my first day at work.
Mecha oishi desu
Okumura-san showed me a Shinto temple near my apartment
Ishikawa-san was so generous. He invited me and Joeng to visit his home. And we visited this Shinto temple on the way going to his house.
Ishikawa’s house is full of very cute toys, which I can’t resist. Look at this lazy penguin. How cute she is. Such a sleeping beauty.
Ishikawa’s wife aka Ito-san’s onesan cooked yakisoba for me. This is my favorite Japanese dish. It’s so delicious that I copy his wife to cook it every week :)) Miki is also my favorite onesan. She is my secret Santa, who secretly leave a small gift on my desk every day.
This is the official welcome meal for me. Thank you Ito-san very much for treating us so well. Thanks to this meal, I also get to know better about Banana (Koshino) and Penguin (Mami) ha ha. They are my favourite girls in the office
There was a small workshop held in my company. A couple of factories come to show off their products. And I had my first chance to see a robot hand in real life
Ishikawa-san and his wife and Ito-san and his children brought me to Bon festival and dressed me like a real Japanese girl. I feel really really blessed with the moment they spent with me. We also had a chance to see Ishikawa-san’s daughter performing in an orchestra, which is really cool and awesome.
Ichimura-san was so generous and kind. He gave me a lot of Japanese junk foods to try. They are all very delicious.
Having lunch with Kawamoto-san at suyaki.
Joeng brought me to Nishiki market
Trip to Mitutoyo with Nakao-san and Hu-san. We had lunch at a very fancy restaurant
We also went to a exhibition afterward and received a lot of gift.
Big big party after my first presentation. I felt really thankful for letting me eat Vietnamese foods.
Ishikawa-san brought me to the forest where the company grows tree to green up a bald mountain. It was a very great day. I saw a very beautiful soba flower field and get a lot of gift from Ishikawa. The Japanese spagetti he treated me tasted really well too
After visiting the forest, we went to see a museum which is inside a unique 200-year-old house
Ito-san and Hu-san brought me to a very big BIG Daishowa’s factories
What’s I can say now? Thank you very one for bringing me such amazing experience. I’ll never forget Sankyo-Seiki and the memories I have with you!!!
I’m very glad to share our precious time in this company !
